PWAN PRECIOUS Properties and investment Ltd, an affiliate of PWAN GROUP is a property development, marketing and information company located in Awka, Anambra state. PWAN is acronym for ‘Property World Africa Network’ and PWAN GROUP commenced operations in March 12, 2012 and currently operates in 36 states of the federation with over 300,000 registered PBOs.

PWAN PRECIOUS was officially inaugurated on February 18, 2022. Our vision is to make home ownership dream a reality for all Nigerians and the world at large. We discover affordable lands everywhere and make these known to the public and also show you how to make money to build your own homes.
